BALDWIN x LEVER DOOR LOCK

Bringing heritage craftsmanship into the smart home era

Brand: Baldwin x Level
Launch: 2025

“Luxury redefined for the connected home”

Baldwin, the leading name in U.S. luxury door hardware, has defined craftsmanship and design for decades, gracing estates like the Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills and a Palm Beach oceanfront residence. Yet, despite its heritage, Baldwin lacked a strong presence in the fast-growing smart lock category.

Level, known for its invisible smart deadbolt that retrofits into existing doors, brought modern digital access but required premium-compatible trims.

Together, Baldwin and Level close this gap for the first time, uniting timeless design with discreet smart technology so homeowners can enjoy both heritage craftsmanship and cutting-edge convenience.

TREND RESEARCH

A detailed infographic with five columns discussing design trends in 2023. The columns are titled: 1) Sustainable & Eco-friendly, with an image of a wooden door. 2) Minimalist & Simple Aesthetics, showing a close-up of a minimalist door handle. 3) Customizable & Bespoke Designs, featuring abstract black and white patterned objects. 4) Mixed Materials & Textures, displaying a row of differently textured and colored metal hardware pieces. 5) Smart & Connect Technology, with an image of a hand reaching out to a smart lock on a wall.
A table divided into three columns: Materials, Finishes, and Technologies. The Materials column lists brass, bronze, stainless steel, glass & crystal accents, and ceramic with descriptions. The Finishes column shows images of different finishes like PVD coating, matte black, textured finishes, and antique & patina finishes with descriptions. The Technologies column contains images related to smart locks, biometric systems, IoT integration, with descriptions of each technology.
