“I THOUGHT THIS PRODUCT WAS RECHARGEABLE”

Consumers misunderstood the first generation product was supposed to be a rechargeable, but it required three AA batteries. Due to this confusion, some consumers left negative reviews online and returned the item.

“BATTERIES ARE EXPENSIVE”

Replacement batteries are costly and inconvenient, and there is an unmet need to redesign and improve the product.

“ I CAN’T TELL IF THIS IS ACTUALLY WORKING”

The first gen item had a poor user interface.
Consumers would like a way to “see that the UV lights are on and that sterilization is happening.
